As he was recruited right out of high school, he was taught use his skills in Chemistry. After four years of being deep undercover in the USSR, he escaped the life. After assuming a new identity the agency he escaped from found him. When he goes back to modern day Russia for one more mission things are not what they seem. You will see him start to grow as a person not as a assassin. The one thing his handler never saw coming. As Vol 2 The Finishing starts Dean Jacobs aka The Chemist starts a life of retirement. He is very reluctant in getting involved in a case that FBI can’t figure out. He discovers the love of his family is more important to him than anything else in his life. When a serial killer is conducting a Finishing on him. He sees the betrayal of love in his life. It sets him on a mission of protecting what he loves above all else. With the enlisted help of a mystery character he sets things straight in the end. In Vol 3 The Finished Dean is dealing with the after effects of The Finishing. Being tortured by his past coming to surface. He is made to confront his demons. With the help of God he tackles them as he is given one last mission. This mission lands him into the world of Human Trafficking. As he starts at the bottom of this underworld ladder. He unravels there world. He learns that there are so many children that are in trouble. When he reaches the top of there ladder he discovers the betrayal of all betrayals. As it cost him much physically and emotionally. He discovers that victory is impossible with out sacrifice.
